At Zoharralt, we strive to provide a smooth, trustworthy shopping experience grounded in quality and care. Every order is reviewed with attention, and if any concern arises, our team works promptly to offer a fair and helpful solution.

📝 Order Changes & Cancellations

Please ensure all order details—size, color, style, and quantity—are correct before checkout is completed.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours, and a 10% cancellation fee applies to all approved cancellations.
Once an order enters processing or has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
To request a cancellation, email support@zoharralt.com along with your order number so we can assist quickly.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for size or color at this time.
If an order was placed incorrectly, cancellation is available within the first 24 hours, after which you may place a new order.
If you need help selecting the right size or style, our support team is available to assist before you finalize your purchase.

📦 Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted for up to 120 days from the date of delivery. After this period, all purchases become final.

Eligible for a Return

Items that arrive damaged or defective
Orders containing the wrong product
Products that differ noticeably from what is shown on zoharralt.com

Not Eligible for a Return

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Small imperfections such as loose threads or minor color variations
Orders missing original packaging or tags
Damage caused by incorrect handling or use

📬 Requesting a Refund

To begin a return or refund request, email support@zoharralt.com and include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

  • Proof of purchase

  • Shipping receipt when applicable

⚠️ Please wait for return authorization before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

💰 Refund Processing

Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been successfully processed.
Refunds include the original shipping cost when applicable.

If your refund has not appeared after 10–15 business days, contacting your bank or payment provider can help identify any delays on their end.
